Hi all,

I've recently finished my Part II architectural qualification in central London, and living in East Dulwich. I'm currently freelancing, and offer draughting and planning application services. I have obtained various planning permissions ranging from single storey extensions, loft conversions to adding an extra storey in the East Dulwich area.

If you would like to chat about a project you have in mind, or would like to see examples of applications which are currently in for planning/have been granted planning then please be in touch. I work from my kitchen table so you would benefit from significantly reduced rates.

  You have to use the right extinguisher for the type of fire - water/foam not to be used for live electrical fires for example. A quick Google says powder extinguishers can be used on the most different types of fire. In a public/commercial setting fire extinguishers have to be serviced every year. Not sure the recommendation for residential ones, but when you buy extinguishers and fire blankets check if there's an expiry date.

  Thanks, yes I need the y piece for the water to go to IN both washing machine AND the dishwasher but the y piece doesn’t fit on the B yellow pipe… I’m not worried about the waste pipe for now, I’m just concerned about the supply to get water in to both appliances

  Not sure about the word “input” - do you mean outflow / waste ? Red figure A looks like the sink overflow. If B is the washing machine outflow then that’s where you want your Y fitting. ( assuming all above conjecture is correct). I’d put a cap on that chrome threaded dead connection too. Don’t just rely on the valve. It all looks a bit of a mess TBH 🫣.
