Home visits by a Dentist

Due to an incurable lung cancer, I am finding that I have to stay at home. I am used to seeing my dentist every 3 months, one for hygiene and the other a check up. These need to be continued. Does anyone know how to find a home visit dentist? I haven't found my dentist's staff too helpful on the subject.

Also, maybe King's Dental Institute may be able to give you some advice about local dentists who can make home visits.
