lylal09
We are currently offering USB replacement sockets (replacing old sockets for new ones with USB ports built in) for ?20 per socket or 2 points for ?30. This price does not include the socket face plates. These are about ?10 each for standard white socket. Steel or other finishes will be more. We can supply if needed but are happy for you to supply the sockets yourself. DulwichFox
A typical charger will deliver 500 mA. A USB on a Power socket will Typically be limited to 2 Amps. Whilst this may me convenient for a quick one off charge in an emergency, charging any battery at this rate will shorten its life. We see these sockets in Pubs these days and fine for a quick top up. Always use the correct charger and avoid cheap 'compatible' ??? ones from market stalls. They can be dangerous.
