Hi there -

We are selling:

- 3 x mixed boxes of kids toys including Fisher Pricer classics, cars, diggers, action figures, dolls, bears [suitable for ages 1-4yrs?]

- 1x large bin bad of soft toys [suitable for 1 - 5 yrs]

?10 per box or bag. Each box contains at least a couple of toys which sell for >?10 each on eBay. First come first served. If they don't sell we will give them to the creche at a friend's business but given delivery charges it seems nuts not to try and sell locally.

Pls sms us on 07957 608 72 or 07949 088956 if you want to pop round on short notice. Viewing/collection is from Grove Park, SE5 8LG.

Thx for looking.

    • So what is the issue? You want compensation for the loss of value, or you want to expedite the matter?
    • No. What happened? I actually thought, considering it was what we used to call Guy Fawkes Day last night, the loud noises from  fireworks ended remarkably early. About 9pm? Maybe I just fell asleep and didn't hear any later ones. Do people actually burn Guys any more? Apart from at places like Lewes, where I believe they still have Bonfire Societies and burn effigies of various political figures etc.
    • The accompaniment to our "Christmas Pudding" aka Nothing-Whatever-Like-A- Christmas-Pudding last year  at The Cherry Tree was "brandy butter ice-cream." If it had ever been near any brandy, the brandy must have been waved in its direction from a very great distance. Same with butter. The ice cream tasted like bog standard "vanilla" from a catering tub. At least it did bear some resemblance to ice cream. Whereas the "Christmas Pudding" bore no resemblance whatever to any Christmas Pudding I have ever seen or tasted in my many  decades of seeing and tasting Christmas Puddings. Oh, and Cinzano Bianco. Bleurgh. My sister used to drink that. 🤢
