Afterschool Childcare

Recommended Posts

We're looking for someone to take care of two of my 3 children aged 8 and 5 after school 3 days a week from September. The kids are at Fairlawn Primary School and we live close by in Honor Oak Park. We need someone responsible and caring to collect our children from school at 3.25, walk them home, and supervise until i get home at 4.45pm. My eldest ois starting secondary school so will make her own way home bit will be in the house with you. On Wednesdays one of them will have Drama which they will need taking to and I will be back home i time to collect. This role would suit someone who is able to commit to between 5-8 hours per week (there is a possibility i will need longer hours every other Wednesday from October finishing at 6.45pm which would include feeding the kids). I am happy to consider increasing hours for light household chores (cleaning) if you are interested. Please send me a message if you are interested or have any questions. Thanks Sally

    • Yes, should have given up by now but haven’t. Was waiting for my train yesterday and went into WHS on platform to buy a pack of fags. Almost feel to the floor when guy quoted me £28.00 for a packet of Silk Cut purple. Was a long day for me and thought I had totally misheard him! Asked again, only to be told that that was the price whuch is well over the odds..when I queried it as have bought, admittedly end of last year was told “ this is what management charges”. Surely this can’t be right…fags stayed in WHS paws while I bought some in Herne Hill at normal price. Still reeling over shock…..
    • I use the one in peckham where lidles is they are really good if you need somewhere closer
    • Going to be really inconvenient for folk to go that way as has been stated.. why not just move to Camberwell which I would assume is abit nearer and better travelling wise or have vets in both places from Lordship Lane Branch.. Must have been massive flood if going to take two months to dry out, electrical tests to make sure all good… From upstairs? Or where?
    • @selector73 Thanks!  Because we want him to be treated by the vets that know him we will have to get to the New X branch because thats where the team are based until LL reopens. Thank you again 🙏
