Blind/Curtain Maker

Can anyone recommend a good made to measure blind maker? My father has given me some old bus destination 'blinds'

which I'd like made up into roller blinds for a few windows in our office and spare room. They are in variable condition and would definitely need be be backed on to a new canvas/material before constructing into usable blinds.
