hailed as one of the best Tape Decks of the 90's with its unique features this machine does produced crystal sound precision on metal types far better than any mp3 quality formats.


I kept this machine in very excellent condition.

It comes with a Kenwood amp (acts as a monitor) and includes 2 SONY book shelf speakers.

A Deluxe Cassette Deck with a vast array of features such as the extremely unique Record feature series allowing up to 3 hours recording time on two C90 tapes, ATC (auto tape calibration) to automatically set the unit to the optimum record settings, playback and record, along with Dolby B Dolby C noise reduction systems (which is compatible with all grades of tape) and front mounted headphone socket for monitoring via headphones.


The unit also includes an advanced mechanism for high speed fast forwarding and rewinding as well as improved tape transport, manual level control for recordings with balance control, TPS (tape program search) for skipping tracks and blank sections of tape and twin linear counters for monitoring each deck both on playback and record.

    • What is it that makes Waitrose so special! Admittedly I have shopped a couple of times in the Orpington and Beckenham one - sometimes buying food which I cannot get else where. Their 'basic range' is not bad. Price for price and quality - M & S.

    • Love Dulwich is great but has a large step in front. We have only been weekdays at Lunch time. Maria's next to Picture House is disabled friendly. Also can reserve table in advance. We did a Sunday lunch catch up with family - there were 8 of us.

Most importantly sound level when busy & is it disabled friendly.  Thinking on a Sunday lunchtime but don’t want a busy busy environment or loud chatter - a couple of friends could not cope. Time can be flexible, if that helps - say 2 ish to avoid above.. Thanks…
