Bought this for 2nd baby but he was so huge I only used it for a couple of days. I was also very careful to always have a muzzy or a blanket protecting it too. I don't think I even used the spare cover I bought. I did wash it when I got it out the packet though as I do with all new baby's things, so it's not in the packaging.
