Recommended Posts

Hi, I?m Tom, a local Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner.

During the Months of August and September 2017, I am offering Completely Free, one-hour, EFT Therapy Sessions.

To watch a short video and to book your free session visit:

EFT (also known as ?Tapping?) is an emotional version of acupuncture, except, instead of using needles, we gently tap with our fingertips on certain meridian points of the body.

EFT fuses the ancient Chinese system of healing along with Counselling, Nuerolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Psychoneuroimmunology, to facilitate healing of the mind and body.

Whilst EFT is perfect for STRESS, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION and OVERWHELM, it can be applied with great success to almost any physical or emotional challenge.

I specialise in helping my clients uncover the route emotional causes of their emotional and physical issues.

Tapping then discharges negative physical and emotional tension, releases fears, long-held traumas and disempowering beliefs and allows a person to move forward in life with a set of new, more empowering beliefs.

I have been a professional one-to-one coach and therapist, specialising in the mind-body connection since 2001.

Sessions are held in a private therapy room in Forest Hill, or can be at your home (surrounding areas) or over Skype.

In Health and Happiness,

Tom (:

    • I know people won’t have any sympathy but the SEND challenge was brought up when taxing parents who have opted for independent school to meet a child’s SEND needs. Funding crisis is getting worse and the VAT on Education pushed children out of independent schools, now their SEND needs are to be met by the state.
    • I completely agree with you - and last night was really terrible where I am. Between midnight and 1am was the worst, where it genuinely felt like a war zone. I had to run out of my house to try and stop a grown man setting them off in open space right by our front doors. In response he went to throw a half lit one at me and then seemed to think better of it. I am so sad at how bad the situation has got here and how selfish people are. Fireworks are bad for the environment and for pets and wildlife, as well as just being unnecessary noise for people too. I have sent an email today to Helen Hayes, which I have done previously on this issue. Would advise anyone to write to your MP to do the same, and to ask them to engage with the debates scheduled for 19 Jan.
    • And they started long before midnight!
    • First mate - I wondered if I was imagining things at 4.45 this morning . Apparently not .
