Gardener required for small job

We have a small area of shrubbery at our front door - it's essentially just a large window box, which needs some maintenance. This would just involve cutting back two overgrown bushes, removing weeds and a bit of a tidy up. It's only a small job so doesn't need a landscape gardener or anything.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
