2 professionals (31 and 34) looking for a 2 bedroom flat in the area. We have lived in the area for a long time and are tidy, respectful tenants. Would like a minimum 9 month let and ideally the place would be furnished.

One bedroom flat within easy walking distance of Crofton Park and Ladywell Stations. The property is offered unfurnished or part furnished and available from beginning of September. The property comprises a full fitted intergrated kitchen, reception room, eat-in kitchen and large double bedroom. The property also has a private rear garden and a front patio garden.

I would consider a short let of minimum 4 months

The flat can also be used as a 2 bedroom as the living room has been previously used as a bedroom. If its used as a 2 bed there wouldnt be a lounge. So this would suit 2 shares. The maximum number of tenants would be two.
