Following a recommendation on East Dulwich Forum, I used A J Pain who have been brilliant. Dropped off/picked up within 2 days of request and always exactly when they said they would. Also incredibly helpful on the phone. If you google and compare they come out a bit more expensive, but (based on my own personal experience) WELL worth it to get rid of the usual hassle.

  I agree. Midnight I can understand when it's celebrating the start of a new year (under whatever system) but not otherwise. Though re the wildlife, it's going to affect them whatever time it is, I don't suppose they know it's gone 11pm!

  Yes I get your gist, but maybe you could just name a few of the very many you mention? I'm not sure why you find it very concerning that somebody would leave Labour for the Greens? So have many people, including me.
