Saffron Posted September 20, 2017 Share Posted September 20, 2017 "Bad" is a bit of loose label, but equally it doesn't seem like best practice for a doctor not to have spoken to the OP in person rather than relayed through the receptionist. Maybe follow-up with the practice on that point? There may be good reasons a doctor couldn't leave the offices to attend, and an ambulance was the best option. But is there really any good reason a doctor couldn't have spoken with the OP directly? Essential information can be lost or miscommunicated when given second-hand.
