English Lit must-have university textbook

If your young person will be starting their English degree course in September, Norton's Theory & Criticism WILL be on their reading list. Ours found it indispensable (I want to say it was her Bible so you get the idea) and now we're selling her 2,758-page copy in excellent condition for ?25.

After courses and halls, books are probably not your priority, but they will be soon and when we realised we needed one, it was hard to find.

  The OP might have found the ‘Creative Trump’ protests entertaining but I found them very disrespectful to our late and great Queen Elizabeth who was interred at Windsor Castle 3 years ago. They would have had more impact on projecting the images at Chequers today.

  Dave did a great job on my rooms. Helped measure up to ensure there were no joins. When the carpet was delivered, he fitted it, making sure I chose which way the pattern should go.

  Has anyone found a cheap Nokia phone today. It belongs to my son. Would have been from Heber Road bus stop and close by.
