I have a 2 bed property with garden & Parking in a nice quite road in East dulwich. The property is classified as a 1 bed and so only pay rent on a 1 bed.

I am looking for a 1/2 bed (also garden would be nice) in the area of East Dulwich.

if you already have a two bed with garden in ED, why are you looking to swap for a two bed with garden in ED?

what's wrong with the place you have?
