Children's Wooden Play House for sale

I am selling this wooden play house as my children have outgrown it. The roofing felt ripped when we dismantled it (moving house), so I have purchased a brand new roll. Wood and paint are generally in good condition - ready for many more years of entertainment. Asking for ?120, but will accept offers. (Originally cost around ?250 plus paint). Collection only.
