Advice for funding help for a young female business owner please

Hi,

I'm enquiring for my friend who has just opened her own business- a hair salon. Unfortunately she has had to spend more than she wanted to on developing the premises and is now struggling to buy the equipment for the trainee she has taken on. The trainee cannot get any financial help though.

So I was wondering if anyone knows any trusts/charities etc that might be able to help her? maybe some especially for young female new business owners?
