yoga with children?

Does anyone know of any local yoga classes (for adults) which allow children to participate? I'm a lone parent with basically no childcare other than for work and don't get time for exercise, and really miss it. I've been doing yoga at home with videos but it's no substitute for going to a class but it would need to be one which I could bring my 6 year-old daughter to. I think she would enter into the spirit for a bit, possibly get bored towards the end but I could then just take her out. Any ideas? I live in Sydenham but Dulwich, Crystal Palace, Penge, Forest Hill would all be fine. Thanks

  If you check the TfL Go app it provides information re bus disruption. It says the P13 is currently on diversion due to emergency Thames Water works. Buses aren’t serving certain stops on Crystal Palace Rd and Whateley Road.
