warning to cat owners !! cat thief on the loose !!!!!

My wife was just out side our house (Crystal Palace Road) getting some bits out the car, then looked up to see a girl in her 20's walking off up the road with our cat under her arm!!!! My little girl then caught up to her, and asked why she was holding our cat ! She answered ,'' I think he's lost''. How she came up with that idea as he was sitting on our front steps not 5 minuits before!!! So look out for your pets as it seams there is a cat burgaler on the streets of Dulwich!!!
