Recommendations for a mixologist?

Hi all

I'm hosting a hen party at my house in October. I'm interested in booking a mixologist to come round for the afternoon and make some nice cocktails for my mates - does anyone know of anyone who would do this kind of thing? We can provide the booze or even better if they could bring the gear to set up a little cocktail bar for us!

Thanks

    • Back to Wood have just done an amazing job on the floors in our hallways and living room. They’d been covered under carpet for many years so not in the best condition but Steve and Nicola have filled all the gaps and holes and made them look brand new - we are so happy with the result. They also came in to do the job while we were away and worked two long days to get it finished in time which we really appreciated. Left the house spotless too! We now want to do the rest of the floors in the house as they look so good and would definitely use Back to Wood again.
    • Been attending lots of open mornings at secondary schools for our son, now in Y5.  Does anyone have any recent experiences of Harris boys ED that they might be able to share? We were more impressed than we were expecting to be when we visited and attended the Headmasters talk.

    • You have to use the right extinguisher for the type of fire - water/foam not to be used for live electrical fires for example. A quick Google says powder extinguishers can be used on the most different types of fire. In a public/commercial setting fire extinguishers have to be serviced every year. Not sure the recommendation for residential ones, but when you buy extinguishers and fire blankets check if there's an expiry date.
