Wanted:Nanny/childminder for baby and afterschool care/mother's help

Hi

Starting in September, we require a caring and committed person to look after 9-month-old when I return to work for 2 days per week (Tues & Wed)and same or another person to help pick the two older siblings 4+ and 3+ from same school (at least 2 days per week). Help also required to settle the kids during evening routine (up to 7pm, such as supervising dinner, light housework)
