Plasterer needed and help with timber floors

I'm looking for recommendations for a plasterer to skim our second bedroom ready for redecorating.

Have also pulled up the old carpets to reveal timber floors. So any recommendations on tradesmen that could help with a new finish would be hugely appreciated.
