Beautiful designer 1-bed flat opposite Warwick Gardens - Azenby Road. ?650 per month including all bills / free wifi / cleaner inc in the price. With back door straight onto shared garden at the back.

It's very peaceful and you rarely hear the neighbours.

My husband and I need to move out of London during the week so were trying to find someone who would be interested in renting Mond-Thur nights inclusive. Arrival 1000 Monday and departure 1000 Friday.

The flat has 1 double room with a King size bed, a washer, separate dryer, a Dishwasher and powershower. it's fully equipped and has some storage where things can be kept locked away. We'd be very open to making it available 'some' week-ends at extra cost, and of stopping rent for a few weeks to fit with any holidays you were taking.

Ideally we'd have it back week-days some time over Easter/xmas/summer hols, but it isn't a must-have.

We're in-between Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye stations.

  I would say Franco Manca had a few branches long before the East Dulwich one - that one took ages to open because of all the interior work they had to do to the old Black Cherry/Draft House layout When I walk past Bill's in Lewes now it still looks like the original Bill's - but I would never go in there as it is in no way "local" now - just the same overpriced, under flavoured stodge they have rolled out across the country (that being said, the East Dulwich one has been there 10 years now - blimey. Time, eh?) Looking at random FM locations on streeview, 2015 seems to be the year they exploded everywhere (ED included)
