Two Double Rooms in East Dulwich/Peckham - Big Beautiful House, Right Next to Station

Oh hello, my friend Leona (documentary filmmaker) and I (food & drink pr), both in our 30s, have two double rooms going from the beginning of October (c 7th) in our nice XL, three storey house in East Dulwich/Peckham way, literally right by ED station, look at that garden, working fire, conservatory kitchen, very nice indeed. Near to big sainsbury's, m&s, butcher, baker, fishmonger, picturehouse cinema etc etc.

One room is a smallish double (?625) which looks out over the garden and the other is a very large double with a wall of fitted wardrobes and room enough for a desk/sofa etc (?860). Bills are c?69.

The top floor (my room) has it's own bathroom so only three people share the main bathroom, there's also a ground floor WC. It's really roomy so never feels crowded.

Not considering couples atm.
