Chimney Fire Safety www.chimneyfiresafetyweek.co.uk runs from the 4th-10th September and aims to encourage and support the safe use of open fires and wood burning stoves. The main cause of chimney fires is due to a lack of regular sweeping and use of incorrect fuels.
