My guess: The For Sale board has a much higher turnaround of items being sold. Items will usually be listed on page 1 for a day. While on the Wanted board, it will take a week or longer for your post to appear off of page 1. -

I also had a great experience using Niko to fix a leak which was going downstairs. He resolved another related problem while he was here, which I didn't even know we had. He's an excellent communicator and will definitely be my go to plumber, should I need one. I can't recommend him highly enough. -

Hopefully, they won't wash the changing room mats poolside in future so the filters won't be overworked keeping the water clean!!!
