Would you like to learn some Spanish? I am an experienced language teacher and offer classes at competitive rates in the local area. Perhaps you already speak some Spanish and want guided and corrected conversation classes.

I'm friendly, very patient and prepare dynamic classes.

  You get what you pay for. It’s an excellent gym, with a great atmosphere and personal care from a knowledgeable and professional staff. The Sharp family, who own it, are on site all the time providing support and advice and the PTs are excellent. It’s in a completely different class to a chain gym. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

  There is an ED shop which I avoid going to as much as possible as they rarely have price labels on their goods - there are other places as well in the area.
