With autumn already here and winter not far away, some of us will experience problems with grey squirrels.

They can gain access to lofts and sheds causing damage and contamination. They also have a habit of ring barking shrubs in the garden

Grey squirrels are officially classified as vermin and anyone is legally entitled to take control measures. This, however, can only be done legally if approved equipment is used in the manner specified by Dept. of Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA).

We have the appropriate equipment which is DEFRA approved and which provides the solution. It is efficient humane, cost effective and will not harm any non-target species ?except rats.

We can provide a complete service or simply supply you with the kit to do the job.

  I'd try the Dulwich Village or "North Dulwich Triangle" forums for more local knowledge but I don't think those areas compare to Abeville Road at all. It will be quite a different lifestyle.

  Yes, Dulwich Village commands a premium and justifiably so given access to the City via London Bridge plus the top rate schools within walking distance. The bus services are really good also - 37, 42 and P4. The P4 is useful for connecting to the Victoria line at Brixton. It's worthwhile waiting for the right property. I know of one which will be coming on the market in a few weeks - 4 bedrooms and south facing garden circa £2.5m.

  I realise this is highly unlikely, but if anyone has a colour laser printer in very good working order, I'd be delighted to take it off your hands!
