Newly refurbished double room available for lodger/mon-fri let

We have two newly refurbished double room available on the top floor of our family home. The house is a 10min walk to Honor Oak Park tube. The top floor has three bedrooms and one shower room. One bedroom will be used for our au pair come November. It would suit a lodger or someone requiring a mon-fri type let or short term let.
