Hi,

We are a family in Gipsy Hill area looking for after school care 4/5 days a week. Routine will be to collect from Kingswood primary school my daughter aged 4 and Son aged 6 from Kingswood primary school which is walking distance from our home, give children their tea and get ready for bedtime. We have a 13 year old daughter who is independent and around to help.

Hours 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm

Position is temporary as I am looking for an au pair to join our family.

  Occasionally when this happens, the estate agent is complicit. Had this happen to our neighbour and we later found that the house was bought by the sister of the estate agent at the reduced price. The agent is in an advantageous position as he/she is aware of the seller's circumstances and occasionally one will go rogue to do a favour for a relative/friend.

  Hello, I have a new boxed (unwanted gift) Tefal Secure 5 that you could have. The model is P2500731 and is a few years old, just been sitting in a cupboard, but it hasn’t even been unpacked. I think a new version is about £70 so you can have it for £25? If interested, please let me know and I can drop off to you if you like as we are on Brixton Hill but pass through ED most days.
