I'm recommending a wonderful local counsellor & psychotherapist Beverley Glanville for anyone looking for professional help with depression or anxiety (& many other issues). She was professional, warm and easy to talk to and I really appreciate the help and support she gave me in our sessions and the tools and suggestions to manage my stress. Beverley is based in Dulwich Chiropractic Clinic but it's best to contact her directly on 07834 964 542 or via her website http://www.beverlyglanville.co.uk

    • Hi, does anyone have their up to date number please?
    • I imagine Franco Manca's business dropped off quite a bit when Yard Sale opened (though isn't Yard Sale delivery only?) But in any case, both of those are chains.
    • Thanks. I'll call them shortly as I could get there without the car.  That's good of Sainsburys! We've done the apple pie and tart thing, an ongoing muesli thing and the coleslaw thing - just not sure what effect all the sugars are having on our digestive tracts.  If we were in Somerset and had a press, I'd consider it. Can't be that diffcult, can it?
    • One time Sainsbury's delivered 6 bags of apples instead of 6 single apples which I couldn't possibly get through. I phoned Pecan in Peckham to ask if they would accept them despite their website stating no fresh foods. I must have phoned at just the right time as they were happy to accept them. Sainsburys gave me a refund so the donation was courtesy of them. Or you could experiment with all kinds of apple recipes and write a blog about it
