Children's Yoga Classes

We are delighted that you found room for your yoga classes at the Albrighton Centre, Koryn. My daughter (and her teddy bears) really enjoy the classes. I love the way that her teddy bear gets a yoga mat of its own!

A shout out to parents of potential mini-yogis - Koryn's yoga classes are great fun, and all her profits go to charity. We would definitely recommend them for anyone aged 5-11.

Thanks so much for the recommendation Civilservant. The yoga classes are Saturday mornings at 10am at the Albrighton Centre. Children from 3 years old are welcome to join (and their teddy bears or toys too!.

Hello does anyone know when the 10am albrighton class starts again? Also could an almost 3 yr old go and do you just turn up? I tried contacting the teacher but think she is on hols at the mo. Thanks.
