Collect your free guide at this weekends 4ALL community fair.

I am a local Architect with over ten years experience and have recently started my own venture - see https://lendelstephens.com

I will be hosting a stall at the 4ALL community fair so come by to collect your guide or if you are interested in discussing a potential or live project and would like to go through your options. I would be delighted to talk to you. I believe in working closely with the client to produce a tailored design that is responsive to their needs, context and budget, whilst seeking to add a little beauty along the way.

The 4ALL community fair takes place at All Saints Church West Dulwich and outside in Lovelace Road SE21 8JY from 2.00 to 5.00pm on Saturday the 23rd September.

I look forward to seeing you there.

    • DKH was two form entry, it is now one form entry to cope with the fact it was far more under subscribed than other schools in the area. They had actually combined year groups into single classes, 3/4 and 5/6.  When a school changes name, it’s usually because of a bad reputation perhaps the results.  The new name is dry with no history unlike its current name. It’s a very sketchy decision. It’s an expensive vanity project for someone.  What  will happen if the name change does not increase applications to the school?
    • @first mate I assume Alice made a mistake, as she removed her reaction.  I was wondering about park wardens. As I said, there was one there last night, who was incredibly helpful and proactive. As well as bringing me to the police, he caught up with a young guy on a bike who'd earlier been the victim of an attempted theft by these kids and linked him up with the police too. But I do wonder, as I've only very occasionally seen him riding around, how many they have and what hours they patrol. I've no doubt they'd be a strong deterrent if they had a better presence. They were nowhere to be seen the first time around.  Update: I've just found this: https://services.southwark.gov.uk/community-safety/community-wardens The guy in the photo at the bottom of the page was the lovely warden of last night and I've just now remembered him telling me he's based in Burgess Park. Anyway, there needs to be more of them, as I rarely see one in Peckham.
