Fundraising for Japan with Shiatsu, a Japanese Healing Art

in aid of people in Japan affected by the Earthquake and Tsunami

?The dignity with which the Japanese people faced disaster, pictures of long orderly queues outside almost empty supermarkets, and the composure when interviewed by news teams standing amidst surreal scenes of utter devastation, have touched me deeply.? says Sibylle Walters, one of the Circle practitioners and a local resident.

?As a shiatsu practitioner I owe a lot to Japanese culture. The recent events have deepened my respect and passion for this wonderful art and approach to bodywork and health, called shiatsu.?

    • I'm going to Paris with friends, staying in the 3rd arrondissement. I used to go a lot but that was ages ago so wondered if anyone has any 'insider tips'? We are interested in small art galleries, independent shops, good value cafes and restaurants that may not feature in all the many online articles or guides, thanks!
    • Hi, My two years old nephew is a complete bookworm and we are looking for more books for him. Is anyone selling or giving away any books please?    Thank you.
    • I think you'll find that there are more than just 'quite a lot' involved with firework enjoyment. I'm not one of those, but I do not begrudge the enjoyment of others.
    • Elliot built alcove cupboards and shelves in our lounge room earlier this week. SO happy with them, the quality of joinery is superb and elliot was very communicative with me about checking things and confirming details. Clean and tidy aswell (even brought his own kettle!).    Would definitely recommend for any carpentry or joinery.
