Hi Anna,

Firstly congratulations, very exciting you're expecting your first baby (I am too! But not till April).

I have a fully furnished one bedroom flat on Coldharbour Lane (Brixton) which is very close to East Dulwich and just 5 mins from Brixton tube. It's available from 10th October and can be for one year with six months break clause.

It has a bathroom (with bath) which is good for a baby and a balcony, plus it's a gated development with a concierge service and lifts and has underfloor heating so is lovely and warm during winter.
