Hi

I?ve been using the recommendations here for some time and thought it would be time to contribute.

I can warmly recommend Kaysie Wright, electrician, as he charges a fair price, arrives and completes the job on time. I?ve asked for his help three times now and good results each time.

A long overdue recommendation for electrician Kaysie Wright who came and sorted out some problems we were having with lights in the bathroom tripping the fuse box. Easy to get hold of and came the next day. Efficient job and fixed the problem. Would have posted sooner but had trouble logging into my forum account (sorry Kaysie).

Recommended. Big tick.

    • You have to use the right extinguisher for the type of fire - water/foam not to be used for live electrical fires for example. A quick Google says powder extinguishers can be used on the most different types of fire. In a public/commercial setting fire extinguishers have to be serviced every year. Not sure the recommendation for residential ones, but when you buy extinguishers and fire blankets check if there's an expiry date.
    • Thanks, yes I need the y piece for the water to go to IN both washing machine AND the dishwasher but the y piece doesn’t fit on the B yellow pipe…  I’m not worried about the waste pipe for now, I’m just concerned about the supply to get water in to both appliances
    • Not sure about the word “input” - do you mean outflow / waste ? Red figure A looks like the sink overflow. If B is the washing machine outflow then that’s where you want your Y fitting. ( assuming all above conjecture is correct). I’d put a cap on that chrome threaded dead connection too. Don’t just rely on the valve. It all looks a bit of a mess TBH 🫣.
