I am an ofsted registerd nanny with 22 years experience I am seeking employment in the East Dulwich arrea.

I have experiences with new born, toddlers and primary school ages up to five years old. I will like a job with a baby or toddler whom I can take to park, play groups or play dates to stimulate their young mind socially, mentally and physically. I have a very good relationship with my past employers and hope to also form a bond with my new employer as I believe that it is very important to have mutual understanding and respect with your family.

I can be contacted by email:[email protected] or 02036480597.

Hi there,

We are a family in Forest Hill looking for someone to take care of our 2 year old son from 8am-6pm on Wednesdays and Fridays and also do the school drop off and pick up for our 7 year old daughter.

If that is of interest please send me a private message and tell me more about yourself.

Many thanks

Sally

Hi there

We are looking for someone a couple of days a week. Original message below. Let me know if of interest.

Best

Lucy

We are looking for a nanny two days a week for our easy going family. In the main it will be looking after our nearly four month old boy but one day will also involve school and nursery pick up and drop off.

The days can either be Tuesday and Wednesday or Wednesday and Thursday.

Wednesday is a longer day - 8.15 to 6.30ish and the other day 8.30 to 4.30.

The older children are 4 and 2, good fun and behave (most of the time).

We are based in Camberwell.

We're looking for someone relaxed but with experience looking after little ones and will also have fun with the older two after pick up.

This could be a term time only position if that works better.

Please email me - [email protected] - or DM me if interested.

Thanks

Lucy

    • It has come to this author’s attention that the world of 4+ admissions — that most enigmatic of educational rites — continues to bewilder even the most composed of parents. Fear not. For in a former life, I was not merely a humble observer, but a seasoned educator of over twenty years, and Head of Pre-Prep for a distinguished dozen. Now, with quill exchanged for touchscreen, I have taken to that most modern of salons — Instagram — to dispense guidance, answer frequently whispered questions, and illuminate the shadowy corners of school selection with clarity and calm. Each post bears my signature twist: a blend of insight, levity, and the occasional raised eyebrow. Should you find yourself adrift in the sea of admissions, I suggest you peruse my latest dispatch. • Perhaps Gooseygreeny was not familiar with the wildlife before Gala was imposed on the park, since when its value to wildlife has deteriorated. The Park had never been disturbed before, as the council had respected it as a Site of Importance for Nature Conservation, so only the Common was licensed by them as a site for events. The first time Gala held their event, there was a tree with woodpeckers nesting in it right in the middle of the main field they used and thrushes, blackbirds and great tits nesting within the shrubs and trees immediately surrounding the field. The woodpeckers were thriving on ants from the anthills in the grass. To those of us who used to enjoy watching the wildlife, it was very obviously a Site of Importance for a variety of birds. Despite being accessed by the public and their dogs, it had been relatively undisturbed,  which was one of the main reasons why it was so special and why I have been opposed to the Gala festival being held during the bird nesting season.
    • So dangerous!    Can you be more specific about the road this was in and when you report it?  Maybe there’s some CCTV footage available
