Anyone used a sun tunnel to bring light into a middle room?

Hi,

We have a very dark middle room (off the kitchen) and thought 1-2 sun tunnels might be a way to bring light into the room.. House is a Victorian terrace and we could knock through to the living room at the front but would rather not have the whole ground floor open plan.

Has anyone done this and did it work? Also if you could recommend a company that would be great.
