I am a qualified yoga teacher, registered with the Yoga Alliance, and East Dulwich local.

I'm delighted to announce two new weekly yoga classes at Goose Green Clinic, Fridays and Sundays. Classes are Dynamic Vinyasa Flow which means you'll get your heart rate up while building strength and flexibility. Great for anyone looking to balance out time spent sitting at a desk, compliment other sport training like cycling or running or who are looking to tone up and improve posture.

Classes are suitable for men and women of all abilities and she?ll offer modifications throughout so you can progress your practice week by week. You don?t need to flexible and you?ll have a lot of fun trying new postures. Every class will combine periods of high intensity with slower-paced restorative work and will always end with a well-deserved period of relaxation.

    • They’ve backed away from pretending they produce their own goods recently. That claim sat at the centre of the misdirection for years. They’ve now accepted they can’t sustain it, so they’re beginning to highlight the local independent bakeries whose products they actually sell. The business is essentially a courier model running on a slim margin.
    • Another sparrow hawk visor to our cherry tree at the weekend.  Our robin survived, but we may be a sparrow down.     any thoughts on bird feeders & bird baths with the current bird flu?  I try to wash out the bird bath most days when at home, but not on the 3 days in a row that I’m in the office & the bird feeders rather less regularly. Would it be better not to have at all (as my partner thinks)?
    • OOOPS. My daughter just had to pay a five pound fine. I hadn't put a stamp on it. I remember wondering whether to use a  first or second class stamp,  and clearly when I posted it I still hadn't decided (but sadly didn't notice). I feel really bad for suspecting a postie might have  opened it.  Sorry posties.
