I just wanted to recommend Janine and this one day hypnobirthing course....Janine is so positive,enthusiastic and has such an energy and passion to try and enable all mums to have a positive birth experience. Her energy and enthusiasm spreads and you cannot help but take some of it away with you! The course has loads of great tips and is

fantastic value for money with this offer and I got so much out of the course I attended.....including the gorgeous Luka referenced above!!

Janine also leads the Positive Birth Movement group for Peckham, holding lmonthly meetings for people to discuss their experiences. The next Positive Birth Movement meet up takes place on 28 October 2-4pm just off Queens Road Peckham. The PBM is a free peer support group that aims to empower women to talk about and dispel the fear factor from birth. We?re a new and very friendly group so do get in touch if you?d like to join us.
