Hi All,

In desperate need of some help....I'm having a party for my sons 3rd birthday this weekend and for various reasons I've managed to run out of time to order one of the things I wanted....party boxes (an alternative to party bags)

Does any one know where I could get party boxes similar to the link but from a local-ish shop - (http://www.ukpartyshop.co.uk/Green-Party-Box.html)

I'm more than happy with just coloured paper bags too. I just can't think where I could buy them directly rather than online.

Any ideas most welcomed and appreciated!

Thanks

I got some rather nice coloured paper bags from Farmers (on Lordship Lane, opposite Soup Dragon - it's that shop that sells everything useful!) a couple of years ago for my son's 3rd birthday party. I also got some craft bits (some leaves and letters I think) amd decorated the bags, and inside the bags I had some bits from Farmers and some bits from Soup Dragon. But if you are having lots of children you might not have time to decorate bags yourself (when my son was three we just had a small party, but when they start school they have lots more friends to invite!). I find that Farmers is good for all sorts of useful things. Otherwise Just Williams at Goose Green Roundabout has a good selection of party stuff. Also Sainsbury's on Dog Kennel Hill has a whole kiddies' parties bit. I haven't seen the boxes anywhere, though. Good luck! Enjoy!
