FS: Ligne Roset Retractable Table - Coffee table & Dining Table in one

Absolutely beautiful designer table from Ligne Roset. It functions as both a coffee table and dining table, easily raising up from low position to become a 6-8 seater extendable dining table. It's perfect for small spaces and flats - a living room that doesn't quite fit a big sofa and a big dining table, for instance.

We bought it for ?1300, from the Ligne Roset West End shop in London, but it's barely been used. It's in absolutely excellent as new condition and works like a treat. There are two - white gloss lacquer leaves (not glass) that slot into the central part of the table, which can be used to extend individually or together. We comfortably sat 6 using just one leaf.

Comes with original instructions, but very easy to use.

I am looking for offers in the region of ?350.

Measurements

Height: 74 cm max height and you can vary the coffee table height down to 35cm.

Width & Depth: 125x80 without extensions.

Leaves/Extension: Each leaf is 34 cm (there are two) but we only have used one - 160 cm was perfect for us.Both are in excellent condition

Weight c. 48kg (i.e. heavy)

Obviously you're welcome to view! We are SE14 5NS - Telegraph Hill, just at the back of Nunhead.

Note that you'll be responsible for removing the table, which is heavy. I am happy to have a courier pick up, but they will need to take full responsibility for lifting etc and for the item in transit. There are c. 10 outside steps from the property (it is a raised ground floor flat). You will need to get 2 lifters well used to carrying heavy furniture - it was delivered by two removal guys in the first place. I can package very safely with bubble wrap and anti-scratch precautions, but take no responsibility for damage in transit.

Please message me with any questions and I will do my best to respond quickly.

    • He/she followed me and my friends quite a long way along the road so we worried they might be out of their catchment area. Quite dusty paws which also made me think perhaps they’d been roaming away from home for a few days. Took photos in case anyone is missing them! Very pretty, friendly long-haired black and white cat, leopard print collar, pink paw-print metal tag. They eventually stopped following us across the road from Mrs Robinson.
    • I took it to mean that he was going to present all sides of the argument (for want of a better term) rather than just giving his own opinion. I didn't take it to mean that he was calling "his own views" balanced.
    • I just did this survey. There are a number of problems with it. For example, in at least two questions you have an option "other, please specify" but there is no way to specify what the "other" is. Also, you have several questions where if you have nothing appropriate to answer, you get a statement "this is a required question", or words to that effect, so you have to put in something like "nothing" in order to move on. Can I suggest that this is likely to confuse people so they just give up half way through? Maybe you should test it out on a few people before going "live" with it?
    • I went to Brockwell Lido on a hot day last summer to do some lengths. It was busy.  I kept getting other people's hair, which was floating around the pool, tangled in my hands. It was gross. I'm not sure if that was unusual, or if it's always like that on a hot day.
