Spotted: Black&White Cat

Hi, a black and white cat (photo attached) has been hanging around our street Crewys Road, Nunhead for the past couple of days. the cat in OK condition but approached me and was very loud which seemed a little abnormal. The cat is slightly cross-eyed. Is anyone missing their cat?

He looks a little underweight to me. Might be an idea to give him some food if he keeps hanging around and ask neighbouring streets if he belongs to them.
