Lovely double bedroom in SE22 for short term let (up to 6 months)

I am looking to let out my spare double bedroom in a lovely maisonette flat on Crebor Street, East Dulwich for a short let of up to 6 months while the house is on sale (we wouldn't exchange until the end of the let).

The room itself is lovely and light, and comes furnishes with everything other than a mattress. The flat is a 3 split level original Victorian terrace. I am the live in owner, and have a double bedroom in the loft space with an en suite, so the bedroom let out also has access to a private bathroom.

The flat also has a separate kitchen / diner, balcony and small garden in addition to a sitting room and a small spare single room. I also own 2 very friendly cats, so you would need to be cat friendly!

I'm looking for a 30+ professional ideally and would consider shorter term lets for a few months at a time.
