Anyone Recommend a good certified electrician

Hi,

I am looking for an electrician that can fix smoke detectors, change over Halogen Spot lights to LED, and also supply the electrical certificate needed to rent a property. ideally would need to quote this weekend or early week and start within the next week.

I am in Sydenham a few minutes from the large B&Q and Sainsbury.
