ah so he is japanese asian maybe, its common for them to wear a sports jacket sandal combo.

Also what news channel do you watch ? do you get an indian satellite channel , that truck news story must be pretty common, especially with their backwards rail system, trucks are a pretty common form of transport although i am not sure if they are internally fitted with seats or if the passengers stand inside them. Falling of a cliff though must be bloody shocking. We get the odd bus clipped by trees in London but droppping of a cliff when you are just commuting is bloody shocking indeed.
