New to area

I've just moved into the area but my friends are all 70 miles away, where I used to live. Would be grateful for tips on how to meet people in East Dulwich, for coffee, meal, drinks, general chit-chat. Thanks in advance!

There is a book club if that interests you I am sure all will be fine with you it's hard leaving friends behind did years ago working was the best way

Depending on where you are, there's an active Women's Institute in Nunhead, and I think a second one opening in ED. Also try some keep fit activities, I belong to a Saturday morning session which includes a coffee after where we can all have a chat!
