passwords and usernames

hi administrator, good morning, i hope everything is as it should be.

i had forgotten my password and have changed it but when it came up on my email to change password it gave me a new username as well = "Cardigan006" which i havn't chosen personally , I went in to change everything and tried to change my username back to the original and was unable to do so. Please advise?

I see that your cardigan account is still live. Have any likely passwords to try come back to you? If so you could try those first. After that, why not try the lost password procedure again and see what happens?

Hello I have just had to request a new password as I forgot mine I don't understand why this happens it has happened a few times all off a sudden it asks for my password ? I am using the one sent by email thank you is there anyway I can change it o
