We are selling our 3 seater Sofa Bed from the Futon company.

We have had it for a few years and it is a fantastic piece of furniture. We looked after it with lots of care and the only reason we are selling it is because we need to make more space.

- Solid real oak

- Fantastic condition. Frame has no damages and no obvious wear and tears.

- Upgraded Futon mattress (ultimate futon)- very confortable

- Brown cover 100% cotton " Handloom fieldmouse" - machine washable at 40 (easy to replace with a new one)

- Easy / quick to fold/unfold

- Kept Assembled for viewing and will be disassemble once the sale is agreed / ready for picking up (it takes 2 people and 20/30min for assembly)
