Classic Lofts...really fanatasticly helpful

I had my loft conversion done by these guys and as I am selling the place

there was a problem with the Councils processing of paperwork. Classic Lofts really

went out of their way to fix this situation for me by chasing the Building Control Department..

even though the work had long since been completeted...Thanks a million.

They had it completed...and then(not now) the council keep the only paperwork...which

unless you do a council search on yourself you wouldn't know was missing until you try and sell. Classic Lofts did their job properly at the time..the point is the Council had lost some paperwork

    • Another sparrow hawk visor to our cherry tree at the weekend.  Our robin survived, but we may be a sparrow down.     any thoughts on bird feeders & bird baths with the current bird flu?  I try to wash out the bird bath most days when at home, but not on the 3 days in a row that I’m in the office & the bird feeders rather less regularly. Would it be better not to have at all (as my partner thinks)?
    • OOOPS. My daughter just had to pay a five pound fine. I hadn't put a stamp on it. I remember wondering whether to use a  first or second class stamp,  and clearly when I posted it I still hadn't decided (but sadly didn't notice). I feel really bad for suspecting a postie might have  opened it.  Sorry posties.
